Shipping policy

Made first, then sent. Here is the honest timeline and what it costs.

Two stages, not one

A hat is embroidered after you order it, so there are two waits rather than one, and the second does not start until the first finishes.

• Making it: usually three to four business days.
• Getting it to you: usually three to four business days within the United States, and longer elsewhere.

Busy periods and holidays stretch both. If something is running late we would rather tell you than let you wonder.

Where we ship

The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. If you are somewhere else and want one, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can.

What it costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout, before you pay, based on where you are and what is in the basket. There are no charges added afterwards.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking the moment it ships. If the tracking email has not arrived and it has been more than a week, check your spam folder, then write to us.

Customs and import charges

Orders outside the United States may attract duty, tax or a handling fee when they arrive. Those are set by your country, they are not ours, and we cannot predict or refund them. They are payable by you.

Getting the address right

Please check your address before paying. We can usually correct one if you email quickly, but once a parcel is moving we cannot redirect it. Parcels returned because of an incorrect address are covered in the Refund Policy.

Delivery estimates

Any date shown at checkout is an estimate from the carrier, not a promise from us, and it does not always account for the time it takes to embroider the hat. The timeline at the top of this page is the one to trust.
